How to make an appointment SMS 8318 3721
Appointment is required to be made at least 2days prior to class date. You can make and keep appointments for 2 classes. Please send preferred date and time by SMS for class appointment. Confirmation message will be sent within 24 hours. In the event if you do not receive the confirmation, please give us a call.
Cancellation
Cancellation and change of time on the day of appointment is only allowed 3 times for courses with 30 hours or more, 2 times for 18-29 hours courses, and 1 time for all other courses. Late for class and no show will be counted for attending lessons.
Validity
Courses less than 50 hours – 1 year, Others – 1.5 years, Double Certificate Master – 2 years
Remedial Class
In the event where student have not attended class for more than 1 month, 2 hours of remedial lesson for review and brush up is required before continuing the course. If 2 hours is not enough for review, instructor may request for student to attend more remedial lessons. Remedial lesson is $50 for 2 hours and $30 per additional hour. Remedial lesson fees is not included in course fee.
